🚫 No Return & No Refund Policy

All orders placed on WITNE are not eligible for return or refund.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size issues
  • Color or design preference
  • Delay in delivery

Once an order is placed, it is considered final and non-refundable.

At witne every order is carefully processed with attention to detail and craftsmanship. We request our customers to review their orders carefully before confirming the purchase.

🔁 One-Time Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Valid reason such as size issue or damaged/defective product

❗ Exchange Guidelines:

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, a store credit may be issued; Valid for 60 days.

🚚 Reverse Pickup / Shipping

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged depending on service availability
  • In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product
  • Shipping charges for exchange may be applicable

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear unboxing video and images as proof

Without proper proof, the request may not be accepted.

❌ Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Worn, washed, or used products
  • Products without tags
  • Customized or altered items
  • Products purchased during sale or clearance
